Stained bedsheets with hairs. Safe not working. Curtain rails not fixed so constantly fell down onto my head (I had to tape them up). Kettle leaked constantly into electrical system causing circuit breaker to trip. Matresss worn out and springs weak on one side. Building access keycard did not work, even when changed. Manager told me i needed to leave a day early but admitted it was an error.

いくつかあるこの建物のアパートホテルの中では割とキチンとしていた。例えばバスタブの栓があるとか。（ここにある、ほとんどのアパートホテルは付いていないので、私は栓を持ち歩いている）しかし、ワインボトル開け、ナイフなどがとても使える状態になかったのが残念でした。　いつもこのタワーの宿を利用するのは、交通に便利だし、建物の下にスーパーがあるのと、セキュリティーがしっかりしていることです。

Strategic Place

I always use this area for work or tourism. It is a nice area, near of almost everything. You have to metro lines that help me a lot when I have to connect with different places in Santigo. Then, at night, you have nice places for dinner, like Barrio Lastarrias, Bellas Artes, and other places near. In this places you have more than 40 apart hotels, with different kind of services, but more or less all of them have similar rates.

There were no amenities in the bathroom. Never came cleaning staff, according to what was offered at reception. The dishes were not cleaned properly. The room was comfortable, the location was very close to the city center.

Apartamento en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Enchufes que no funcionan, calefactor que tampoco, lamparas con bombilla fundida. Faltaban ollas para poder cocinar. El papel higiénico, ellos ponen un rollo y si necesitas más lo compras tu. No hay servicio de mucama. No te hacen la habitación ni la cama diariamente. El cambio de sábanas cada 4 días y las toallas cada 3 días. Esto último no se publicita al alquilar el apartamento, cuando en otras inmobilidarias que tienen otros apartamentos en el mismo edificio, la habitación, las toallas y las sábanas se cambian cada día. si se acaba el papel de WC te lo reponen. La televisión y el internet no funcionaban, aunque ellos alegaban que se debía a Movistar. ???

O apartamento no geral estava bem sujo, como suas mobílias. O ralo estava entupido. E as toalhas eram muito gastas e pareciam sujas. Não havia secador e após solicitamos, demorou a vir.

Departamento sucio.

La limpieza del Depto es malisima. En la habitación no podía dejar de estornudar, miré debajo de la cama y estaba lleno de tierra y mugre de meses, bolaa de pelos, latas de gaseosas, servilletas, por lo visto limpian por arriba. Los utencillos de la cocina mal lavados, copas llenas de grasa, mochila del baño rota. Muy caro para lo que es.

Un lugar para volver.

Todo pasajero, después de un viaje agotador para llegar, lo primero que hace es ocupar el baño y asearse las manos y/o refrescarse; pero al no haber jabón en la habitación me parece de mala cortesía, Esta es una práctica que, al parecer, están utilizando casi todos estos arrendamientos. Pero todo lo demás funcionó muy bien.

Hotel en el Centro de Santiago.

El departamento estaba sucio, entré al baño y lo primero que vi fueron pelos largos. Estuve sin internet, por falta de pago, volvió por unas horas pero luego dejó de funcionar por falta de pago. Estuve sin agua un día y no me dieron solución más que esperar a que vuelva.
