Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Vreselijk hotel

De ontvangst was redelijk , wel jammer dat degene achter de balie geen woord Engels sprak. We kregen de sleutel en gingen naar onze kamer, het eerste wat opviel waren de knoppen in de lift, 1 daarvan hing aan een draad los. We opende de kamer en die was niet schoongemaakt handdoeken en dekbed lagen op de grond, maar goed, dat kan gebeuren. We kregen een andere kamer en omdat het warm was wilde ik meteen de airco aanzetten, hetgeen ik aangezet heb mag het woord airco niet hebben het koelde bijna niet, dus ik ook de fan aangezet die boven ons bed hing, dat ding maakte een herrie van jewelste ook hingen hier de draden en kroonsteentjes los. We gingen van verbazing ff op bed zitten en voelde toen de stalen veren van het matras, toen we ook nog zagen hoe smerig de kamer was, hebben we onze koffers gepakt en zijn naar de balie gegaan en gezegd dat we naar een ander hotel zouden gaan ivm bovengenoemde redenen. We kregen het korte en duidelijke antwoord “ perfecto “
