Overall adequate accommodation, facilities and hotel in general for amount paid. However, Tired accommodation in need of an update Beds had poorly fitting sheets, no mattress protection and blankets desperately in need of renewal making for really uncomfortable sleep. Although spotlessly clean the accommodation was in real need of updating. Bathroom floor and ceilings so old ingrained dirt marks made them feel unhygienic. Small things that have big impact and would really benefit from management making improvements.

La limpieza bien,la comida regular y escasa,el estado de la habitación bueno pero sin microondas en habitación familiar.El servicio del bar exterior a las 14.00 hrs sin hamburguesas ni opción de pedir perritos hasta las 17 hrs como se indicaba.Sin organización para sentarse en el comedor.Los camareros amables y el director también tratando de subsanar los errores,pero al final el todo incluido deja mucho que desear.En la sala de baile excesivo calor.Demasiada gente en tan poco aforo,tanto en comedor como en la sala de baile.El desayuno es la primera vez que me tengo que ir a tomar un café al bar de en frente,sin tomate para las tostadas y de las máquinas de café salían agua y nadie lo ha corregido.Lo siento pero mi valoración general es un 5 raspado.Espero que pueda resultar una crítica constructiva para mejorar ahora que comienza la temporada. Saludos.

Apartment war okay, etwas angewöhnt aber in Ordnung. Essensraum im Hotel sehr eng, voll und laut. Essen abends in Ordnung,da war immer etwas Gutes dabei und die Salate waren sehr gut. Frühstück war mau, nichts Gesundes dabei. Ausrichtung ist auf fertiges full english breakfast.

Appartement situation idéale avec les enfants ...

Super expérience dans ce club ... peu d interactions avec le personnel a cause de la barrière de la langue car peu parle français ... Niveau infrastructure : piscine top Pour les grands et pour les enfants séparées. Mais attention sol glissant. Les appartements sont bien avec une chambre séparée . La literie est bien. Niveau nourriture: moyen. Niveau situation : a 2 minutes d une petite plage, a 1 minutes des premiers magasins et restaurant ( petit centre commercial ouvert). Le jeudi marché ( pas de nourriture ) . Bref ... Un beau séjour a refaire ...

Amazing Holiday, I will go back!

The complex was a great size with everything myself, partner and 2x 8 year olds needed. It was clean and tidy. The pool bar was a hit with the kids. The surrounding area and beach were just the right size. Enough bars and restaurants around to try something new if you wanted. The jewel in the crown for me were the animation team, Bella, Vero, Marcin, Lubi and Klaudia they worked hard to make a great atmosphere for all the guests all nationalities, we all got involved and loved it. Best family holiday ever and we already want to go back next year!

Food was very limited in choice and very bland. Drinks were served in the smallest cups I've ever seen at an all inclusive. Yes I know they're refillable but because they're so small you're constantly up and down from your seat refilling them. Pool area was a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. Because the sunbeds are chained up until 9am, there was people booking their spots with umbrellas and tables and standing beside them until the sunbeds were unlocked. Very very small area for the number of people there. The solarium area upstairs from the pool was lovely though and where I chose to sit every day. The pool area was far too small for the number of children running about, it made this area very noisy and very overcrowded. If you sit by the pool expect to be hit by a beach ball or 2. The rooms weren't cleaned properly. Beds were made and towels changed but that seemed to be the general extent of it. There was a massive piece of dust under my table at the beginning of the week and it was still there at the end of my week. Arrival at the hotel wasn't very welcoming at all. A smile from the receptionist and a warm welcome would have made the check in experience so much nicer. Yes, I know its her job and she probably doesn't want to be there but at the end of the day she works in the hospitality business and people pay good money to visit the hotel so a smile hello would have made such a huge difference.

Friendly and near the beach

The hotel is welcoming and has generally good facilities, while a bit dated the rooms are very clean. The food was buffet style but presented well at every meal time and there is always something for everyone. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, when my daughter was lll the staff helped with our needs and showed genuine concern. The only moan I could have was the bar organisation at night with one barman but as the week went on they got extra hands, the other was the entertainment which never seemed to change night on night. Aside from that it's worth going to, the local beach is lovely and you can get on boat trips from there to other local bays, and if you have a car, modrago nature reserve is beautiful, Porto cristo, cal d'Or are all within a short distance and with the ride.

Enjoyable relaxing holiday

Hotel staff provide excellent service and work extremely hard to please guests. Room was cleaned daily and food provided was of good selection. My boys aged 13 and 10 enjoyed the food choice and unlimited slush drinks especially. Great family hotel would stay again.

Hotel nice near the beach

I spent a week in this hotel with my family. The hotel is very near to the beach but iit takes 3 kilometres to to to center of the town. The restaurant is international and the bar is always open. it is a good accomodation even if you want to rent a car e visit the island.

Family friendly, close to beach and shops

Lovely little hotel really close to beach and small 'town centre' with shops, bars and amusements for children. We used Sparkles bar as there was a free bouncy castle / trampoline as long as the adults bought drinks. The hotel was fine, good selection of food on the All Inclusive - different choices aevery day which is unusual and food always hot and plentiful. Even the salads were good - plenty of variety, puddings were a little bit repetitive but OK. Room plenty big enough and great to have lounge and kitchenette, we had a small balcony with a good view, ground floor apartments seemed to have much bigger balconies. Restaurant staff were great and the anamacion staff really hard working and friendly. Pool really clean and good to have one just for children. Plenty of sunbeds including a huge area not around the pool which was lovely and quiet. Negatives: Surprisingly the reception staff - always felt we were an inconvenience! Allowing people to reserve their sunbeds - towels were put out about 8am and when the pool guy unlocked the suneds at 9 there was a mad rush - often from families who then disappeared for much of the day, making it difficult to get a bed by the pool (pretty important when you have a 3 year old). No supervisionof the pool - so the one family (isn't there alwasy one) who thought it was OK to bomb into the children's pool and all fight with 4 barrel water pistols made it less fun for the little ones - and the adults looking after them.

Filthy pool and bar area

Not once during the whole week did we see anyone cleaning the pool and bar area during the day. Consequently by the end of the day there were numerous polystyrene plates, cups, straws, chips, the odd plaster and even a nappy strewn across the floor. It was disgusting. I raised it with the manager who agreed and did nothing. There were two plasters sat on the sun terrace near our balcony for a whole week. Music was blaring every night until 11pm so sleeping before this time was almost impossible. The buffet salads were fine, however. The hot food was no better than what you would expect in a school from the 80s/90s. Very disappointing all round.

Maten inte bra

Litet hotell med mycket barn. Ändå hyfsat lugnt på dagen, man kan även välja att lägga sig på "terasser" där det är lite lugnare. Högljutt och stökigt på kvällarna med mycket folk och högljudd underhållning. Matsalen högljudd och trång. Frukosten var rätt ok, lunchen dög men middagarna inte alls bra. Salladerna ok men annars svårt att hitta nåt gott att äta, vad sägs om levergryta? Bra att barnen kunde hämta hamburgare, nuggets och pommes nästan när som helst under dagen, samt glass o dryck. 50 meter till en liten strand där det är mycket folk. Ta taxi till Cala Mondrago, kostar ca 9 Euro enkel väg. Promenera ner till marinan (10 min) el till Cala d´Or (20-30 min).

OK for prisen.

Det var et fint hotel for pengene. det bar dog præg at at være rettet til Englændere. Og et minus for nogle er at hotellet er et meget rygervenligt hotel. Der må ryges udenfor i spiseområdet og under underholdningen. Aftensmaden var ikke særlig god, og vi gik ud nogle aftenen.
