"The location is fantastic - we went for the eclipse and it didnโt disappoint - however the rooms themselves could use some tlc! The main pool is lovely but the bar service is slow and under staffed- even before the day of the eclipse - definitely need more bar staff - poor Sainer worked v hard with no help - bad management there as there were other staff able to help (inc managers!) but overall nice chill place - v little else around but there is a supermarket close by - food is ok - breakfast is better than the evening meal but they have everything- although as is with meals served en mass - never great ๐ Taxi to the Ciutadella was 12 euro ans well worth a visit"

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bahia in May 2026. I really enjoyed the character of the hotel, particularly knowing that it is family-owned and was the first hotel ever built in Menorca. It gives the hotel a lovely sense of history and charm. They even gave me a lovely little keyring featuring the traditional Menorcan sandals, which was such a thoughtful touch and a nice keepsake from my stay. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get to and from Ciutadella, with great transport links nearby. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and were definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I also felt very safe as I was travelling alone. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were lovely throughout my visit very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff really do go above and beyond for you. I particularly enjoyed the dinner options, which were lovely and offered a good selection. I felt that the breakfast options could have had a little more variety, though. The room amenities were also a little limited; I had to borrow an iron, and there wasnโt a kettle in the room, which would have been a nice addition. I would say that Hotel Bahia isnโt a luxury hotel, so itโs important to set your expectations accordingly. However, once I appreciated the hotel for what it is a family-run hotel with history, character, beautiful views and a great location, I was able to enjoy it more."

"These apartments are all about the fabulous view of the sea and the wonderful location right by the fabulous beach. There are two excellent pools, both with large separate paddling pool areas and perfect for those with small children, especially with the big boxes of buckets/spades/balls/other toys to play with. There are plenty of sun loungers which was great. There was no loud music and itโs a very peaceful place for a family holiday. The only minor drawback to be aware of is that the kitchen closes at 4pm so while there are some preprepared snacks available after that they get finished very quickly (despite the hotel advertising the bar serving tapas until late, which was a bit disappointing, though itโs so close to many excellent restaurants itโs not really an issue). The kitchenettes have a toaster and kettle which is great though no washing up liquid or any cloths/ brushes which was a shame given the price. Overall though we had a fantastic stay, really recommended."

"The experience my family and I was beyond description. The hotel staff was great since we arrived. The hotel has very nice views, very clean, well located, and it is beautiful. Our room was perfect, with a super nice view to Cala Galdana. My family loved the hotel, views, and all amenities. We are returning next year. Highly recommend"
