"Great location, and loved the pool area-But very hilly … the mattresses were very uncomfortable. "

"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"The location was perfect and the penthouse unit was suburb. Has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. On Saturday night there were a lot of young adult locals partying loud and late in the front parking area which was annoying and disruptive to our sleep "

The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers."

"We had a deeply disappointing experience at Zen Escape. Despite booking a Family Suite with 2 queen beds, we were given a smaller Deluxe Suite with only 1 bed and an unprepared sofa. Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"Excellent location and friendly staff. 24 hour attended parking was a block from the hotel. You wont need your car while staying because it's walkable to almost everything of interest."

"We stayed overnight here after flying in from Edinburgh to Catania. The staff were very helpful indeed and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival - which helped us wind down offer a long days travelling. The room was spacious and comfortable with views of the pool and courtyard. There was also a complementary minibar selection of soft drinks and snacks, which we appreciated."

"My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic.
