Great location. Breakfast is good. Service desk could be more reliable. They didn’t have people to answer questions even on their WhatsApp number. It had an odd smell from the scent they use to freshen the common areas

Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 ...
