Great hotel, staff really friendly and helpful, food was good and plentiful.We had the all inclusive so drinks were included from beer to slushes and milkshakes, rooms were fine with balconys for all rooms, location was great just a short walk to sea front.Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely quiet area, 4 minutes walk to the shops and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Room had a fridge but no kettle - kettle can be rented for €25 but we bought one from the hardware store for €17! Activities are available at the hotel but we spent most of our time in town/at the beach! A great stay, would recommend!

Bonjour nous avons passé un séjour agréable l hôtel n est pas de 1ere jeunesse le buffet n est pas ouf mais il y a de quoi manger tout le personnel de l hôtel est très sympathique accueillant souriant serviable il est très bien situé proche de la plage propose la location de parasol pour la plage à 3 €la semaine possible de louer une voiture à prix raisonnable

Estuvimos en el hotel con dos personas mas, las habitaciones grandes con un buen cuarto de baño y limpio..y la otra habitación un poco mas pequeña ,y baño muy bien limpio..buenas vistas al balcon toda la zona de mallorca playas de muro, can picafor y mas..buena estancia y comida muy variada y buena calidad..buffet desayuno ,comida,y cena..buena,,variada ..lo recomiendo ..y situacion buena..

Malo malo descuidao .....limpieza sucia spa sucio toallas sucia la alcachofa de la ducha podrida .. llegue el viernes ala 1 fuimos al comedor y no habia nada de comido tuvimos que quejarnos todo vacia y eramos muchisima gente con la misma opinion el ascensir roto las peores semana santa de mi vida ,

En toda la estancia el jacuzzi no funciono, el agua de la piscina del spa fria. Ni una disculpa, ni compensación alguna. Gimnasio bien, sauna perfecto. Las comidas dejan mucho que desear.

Nettes Hotel was ca 6min vom Überfüllten Strand entfernd ist. Da alles in der nähe ist braucht mann kein Leihwagen oder ein Bus ticket

Très bon accueil, établissement à recommander

Dès le 1er jour, l'accueil a été irréprochable. Personnel accueillant et souriant, soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Le "all inclusive" est nickel, la qualité des repas est très bonne. Etablissement situé à environ 200 mètres de la plage. Même si l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking privé, on trouve toujours de la place à proximité. Rues calmes, même la nuit. A recommander sans hésitation.

Essen und Lage schlecht. Das personal spricht kaum deutsch. Es gibt nur vier Programme davon ein deutscher.... Sport 1 . Der wellness Bereich ist unsauber und der Whirlpool und innenpool sehr kalt und überchlort.

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Leider wurde es von Mal zu Mal schlechter. Mittlerweile wird hauptsächlich All Inclusive angeboten, so dass wir als Halbpension-Bucher das Gefühl hatten, Gäste zweiter Klasse zu sein. Man wusste bei Getränkebestellungen nicht recht mit uns umzugehen. Allerdings waren die Kellner sehr um uns bemüht, wenn dann die Sache mit dem fehlenden Armband geklärt war. Auch die Teilrenovierung, von der wir gelesen hatten, war in unserem Zimmer nicht zu erkennen. Dies konnten wir gut beurteilen, da wir bei unserem letzten Besuch vor drei Jahren dasselbe Zimmer hatten (Zufall). Es gab lediglich neue Matratzen, und es war frisch gestrichen, die abgenutzten Möbel waren nicht ausgetauscht worden. Ebenso hatte sich in unserem Bad nichts verändert, in anderen Zimmern wohl schon. Das erzählten uns andere Gäste, die wohl auch schon öfter dort waren. Wir haben uns mittlerweile für das nächste Jahr ein anderes Hotel ausgesucht.

Udany pobyt.

Bardzo dobra relacja ceny do jakości. Posiłki bardzo smaczne. Polecamy opcję All inclusive. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna . Pomimo , że przyjechaliśmy do hotelu po północy , czekała na nas kolacja! Meble w pokoju nie są zbyt nowe , ale są nie zniszczone. Jest czysto. Obsługa na prawdę się stara . Za tę cenę rewelacja. W tej cenie rewelacja.

Völlig ausreichend und gut für die 3 Sterne

1Woche All Inclusive in der Vorsaison ( Mitte April ) Gute Nähe des Hotels zum Strand (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß), sehr schöner Strand dann vorzufinden; schnelle Erreichbarkeit von tollen Ausglugszielen (Alcúdia, Formentor, Pollença) - ca50 Min bis nach Palma. Sauberkeit des Zimmer gut , alle mit Balkon. Essen sehr stark für Engländer ausgelegt (vor allem das Frühstück), dennoch eine gute Auswahl ( jeden Tag z.B. mind. 1Fischgericht,Salatbar , Dessertbar inkl frischem Obst und Käse ) - traf alles leider nicht ganz so unseren Geschmack - aber gute Möglichkeitenin der Umgebung zum auswärts Essen. Leider erst sehr spätes Frühstück ( suboptimal bei Tagesausflügen mit dem Auto) <8.00-10.00> ; kleiner Innenliegender Pool mit „Wellnessbereich“. Zu dieser Zeit schien dass Hotel eher auf eine andere Altersklasse ausgelegt ( mein Mann und ich beide um die 30). Für das Geld , wenn man sich das bewusst macht - und Abstriche beim Essen zieht- allerdings gute Sauberkeit für die drei Sterne -> ein solides Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen für Leute, die so wie wir gerne die Insel erkunden wollen und nicht den ganzen Tag im Hotel verbringen wollen.

Close to the beach and promenade. Easy to park our car. We were allowed to store our luggage in the basement were we also could take a shower, change our clothes.

Es un hotel pequeño y tranquilo

En general bien , la comida normal pero el Bufet lo tienen abandonado no lo vijilan mucho y depende la hora que llegues las bandejas tienen un aspecto orrible por falta de atención. El SPA muy bonito pero si enciendes un chorro de agua el llacuzi no funciona , falta motor en condiciones . Pero calidad precio ,No está mal. EL ASPECTO DEL BUFET TENDRÍAN QUE TOMARLO EN SERIO.(la comida es importante).
