Great staff and fantastic breakfast buffet. The dinner buffet was disappointing but there is a lot of variety. Great location and neighbourhood. Clean and nice room but the shower was meh.

A well designed, attractive and well located hotel. I liked this hotel very much. The staff were exceptional, especially the reception team, restaurant team and spa therapist. My room was spotless, great shops, bars and restaurants on the same road and the beach just behind the hotel. Loved every minute of my stay.

Loved my stay at THB Gran Playa – Adults Only! Booked through Expedia and everything went super smooth. The staff were incredible – big thanks to the team at reception, the barmen, and especially Jose and Antonio in the kitchen. Always friendly, always smiling. The hotel is clean, chill, and in a great spot. Evenings were super romantic — great sunsets, cozy restaurants, and peaceful walks by the sea. Met some cool, confident guests too, which added to the good vibes. Would definitely come back. Great place to relax and enjoy Mallorca as an adult.

The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again.

Staff are really friendly and helpful and so welcoming. Nice cosy little room with air conditioning. The area is right next to the beach and loads of restaurants. Loads of supermarkets and aldi just 15 minutes away. There’s boat trips/jet ski about 20 minute walk from hotel. I should done more exploring but you can get a taxi for around 10 minutes where you can book activities (I saw on the way back). I checked in online so all I needed to do was show passport. Check in and check was smooth. Would definitely stay here again. And it’s great because no kids allowed! There a huge seating area inside where reception is and then some space to sit outside. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend. Thank you!!

All people of the staff were awesome. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the bar. Especially Ana, José, Marlon, Juanillo, Yolanda, Madi, Laura... But generally everyone in this Hotel is very nice and kind. The room and mostly everywhere was really beautiful and clean.

The location was perfect - 2 mins from the beach, opposite the taxi rank and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Good pool area with plenty of seating and access to bar with snacks. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Overall a really nice place to stay but a few odd and small gripes: only 2 teabags are provided for the entire stay and no milk or teaspoons; you cannot self serve water at breakfast - the server was quite aggressive when I tried to pour a glass; when the bar closes guest are not allowed to continue sitting outside. Really odd! But overall the good far outweighed the bad.

The hotel is announced as a 4 star hotel that is in reality no more than 3 star hotel being well re-designed. The personal is really friendly and is doing a good job. However, they are not educated for working in a 4 star hotel. There is a swimming pool guard at the pool. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and the beach is just 5 min walking distance. There is all commodities around.

It is conveniently located in the north of Mallorca at Can picafort. The staff at reception and the pool bar were pleasant. I went in for the all inclusive package and I think it was definitely a mistake. Lunch on a daily basis was a let down with a limited menu, so I decided to skip it on the last two daya at the hotel. The selection of cut fruits and cakes at dessert with exactly the same for every lunch and dinner meal. That was exhausting. The drinks package was good and had nice variety. While I was there there was no evening entertainment at all. For the first 3 daya the room that I was allotted had very patch Wifi and the staircase close to it was closed, I requested to move and they did move me to a btter room for the next few day where I had better coverage of wifi. Would I go back, given everything, probably not!

Was a lovely stay, staff were really nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and bar area as it was clean, quiet and nice. Hotel was in a great spot, a couple blocks away from the beach and boardwalk.
