"Propiedad excelente, bien cuidada, exelente personal, amigable y professional. Area imprecionantemente hermosa."

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to the park and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the views are beautiful. Although the parking is located at another very nice hotel a short distance away, it is covered and secure, which is a big plus. They also offer a delicious welcome drink, and the breakfast is very good as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"

"One of the most beautiful hotels we have experienced. My wife and I did the Acatenango summit and this is was the perfect place to recharge afterward. We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful upstairs terrace while our room was being prepared and when we able to get into the room we were so pleased. The food and drink was superb and our outside terrace in our room had a beautiful rustic fountain."

"Beautiful property. Good location. Amazing employees. Definitely recommend!"

You can hear the people talking and going to the bathroom pretty well. No air conditioning, just an old electric fan. No refrigerator/freezer. The beds / mattresses were a but outdated. But was comfortable enough for me. The room did have snacks, bottled water and a couple small bottles of wine...
