"It’s an easy place to stay but the room has some rare smell"

"This is a perfect spot to stay by the airport. They provide pool towels and you can ask for a couple cheap beers to take to the pool. The restaurant has totally decent pizza at a good price, there’s grocery and restaurants within walking distance and they have a ride service to the airport. A great price for what you get."

"The room was clean, we had several big suitcases and had to carry them up 3 floors of stairs it was not expected at all. The shuttle didn’t run 24 hours which is what we thought. Staff was super nice just the two inconveniences should be clear in the details. My partner has a back injury and we struggled at 3am to quietly Bring our bags down all of the stairs."

"No hot water in the shower. Charged us an extra 15USD for the 2nd person in the room. Food was so-so and pricey. They offered fruit for the morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. "I have stayed here several times, but it has changed over time. The restaurant has changed and now has a few craft beers, but the service was better before. There is some new venue close by that blasts music. I suppose that makes the hotel more convenient if you are going to that venue, but less pleasant if you are just looking to have an easy trip to/from the airport."

"Our stay at this beautiful resort started well before our stay. Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. If that wasn’t enough, Cindy then messaged us back to confirm our lodging, advised us how to access the resort and get our selection for the next morning’s breakfast. "Very close to the airport. Needed a night stay before heading out to Manuel Antonio the following day. We were picked up by staff and given breakfast all included with the stay. Highly recommend."

"Berlor Inn worked well for us as our airport stay. It was close to many car rental agencies for easy pick up/drop off. The courtyard and pool was a nice little oasis after travelling. The breakfast was made fresh."
