The bistro was overpriced and did not get my peanutbutter and jelly toast order right. It was whole grain peanutbutter toast, but instead of jelly with fruit on the side, it has strawberries on top. They forgot about my cold brew and the Ali didn’t give me the juice that I ordered. This was all just one morning. The area spending the hotel is sketchy. I walked a black and a half to Walgreens (across the highway) and passed at least four homeless/panhandlers along the way. I realize there are places like this, but not a place I want to stay on vacation.
Both front desks were often left completely unattended. We found used dirty towels in our bathroom upon arrival. The rooms phone was broken. One hot tub was out of order and the other was cold. Swimming pool full of human hair. Ive stayed in places for half the price that didn't have these issues.

With cheaper hotels you expect to have a cheaper looking room but with as much as we paid you would think there would be a better shower head

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel stay! I’ve stayed in Santa Fe many times and have stayed at some poor hotels unintentionally and was really trying to find something nicer for a good price. The price is a little higher than other hotels and for the area you wouldn’t think it should be priced higher. But I was very pleased at how safe I felt and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean enough (room phone was kinda dirty and gross) but the bed was comfortable, walls are not sound proof but we had no issues with noise from the street or neighbors. I would definitely stay here again. The homeless mentioned in other reviews might be because there is a shelter just a few minutes up the street from here, but there wasn’t any body lingering in the parking lot while we stayed here. You can definitely walk to a few places near by if needed. I personally rate it 7/10, would stay again!

The price was amazing for the value of the property. We enjoyed pool time with our kids and were very comfortable. We did not try the food but heard it was good!

We picked this hotel because they had 2 indoor hot tubs. When we arrived both hot tubs were not working. Also the room was very sterile not pne picture on the wall. We let the person kknow who eas in charge. The response was not hood he didnt even apologize. We eill neber go to this hotel again!

Stayed here with a family of 4 and 2 pets. The king suite was spacious with one room and a living room. Comfortable and reasonably priced. The bistro offers a diverse menu and a bar. The food was good and very convenient on a winter night to not have to leave the hotel after travelling for 8 hours.
Would definitely stay here again.

The service, the room, the open air center, the coffeebistro/breakfast, the fine drinks, along with excellent dinner made for a wonderful evening the only thing that can negatively be stated on is the street Cerillos being what it is. That being said its a lovely, friendly, secure, and comfortably welcoming hotel.

The building is confusing but the staff helped us to sort it out and in the end what we perceived to be confusing was really a lovely design that lent itself to privacy.

We had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriot. Desiree at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The heated pool and hot tubs were a big hit for the kids!! It was clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that we couldn't get any hot water to the shower.

Was not in the best location; many homeless hanging out. Room was ok...noisy at times. We could feel the floors moving when the "neighbor" walked around. Front desk staff (especially checking in; checking out was a little nicer) we're not very friendly. The nicest person there was the barista at The Bistro! (Jessy? Marisa?) She was super nice!

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely and the lobby was nice. The room, however, was outdated and kinda gross. Skipped our shower and dipped out to Starbucks for breakfast. I expected more for the price and given its a Marriott. Should’ve read the other reviews but got a good night sleep despite it not being what we expected.

The gave me a room that had not been cleaned and made up after last guest departed. In the morning the made tried to enter the room several times. Even after I told her I was sleeping. I spoke to the manager and he couldn’t have cared less about the status of his hotel. Do not stay at this property. New management is a must if this place wants to survive!

Mediocre for a Marriott
Didn’t match the typical Marriott quality. Seems like it was an old hotel they turned into a Marriott. VERY small bathroom. You could barely shut the door while standing directly against the toilet. Shower seemed very old and the shower head sprayed everywhere but were it should. The lobby and bistro were nice, and staff was friendly.
