Thank you so much for writing! I'm so glad that you enjoyed the location of the casita. They are tucked in a small neighborhood off the plaza, perfect distance to the plaza! I'm so sorry about the bathrooms. These casitas were built many years ago and the bathrooms aren't really large. The casitas are small houses and we try to get all the necessities in one little place, hoping to make sure our guests have all the amenities they need, and still be comfortable. It was such a pleasure to work with you and I'm so glad that you enjoyed Casita B! It's a great casita, but yes, the bathroom is very tiny! But we did manage to get everything in there that's of importance! The casita was vacant for 7 days prior to your arrival and we had some crazy rains just prior to your check in, which is probably were the smell came from. As it dries up, so does the adobe. Again, I sure enjoyed having you and appreciate you taking such great care of the casita! Hope to have you back again soon, and hope you can stay a little longer next time!!

I'm so sorry that you didn't enjoy the loft style casita. It is a loft and it does have stairs. We offer photos and square footage so that people know what they are getting. We do have 12 casitas and all of them are different, so I encourage you to try a different one next time you come. There are several one level casitas to choose from. As for the parking, it is tight but we haven't lost anyone yet! There is more parking on Park and Guadalupe, which would only require a few more steps. Hope you give us another try!

I'm so sorry that you had a hard time finding the casitas! I send out directions and key code and follow up with a phone call about a week prior to your arrival to make sure that you have everything you need. Casita F isn't on the street, so you do have to drive to the back parking lot. I try to make the directions and clear as possible. At least next time you come to visit, you'll know how to find us! Thank you so much for staying with us at Casas de Guadalupe! We certainly do have a great location and Santa Fe is very pet friendly! We have a variety of casitas and some are larger than others. The bathrooms are not large, but work well with the layouts of the casitas. Keep in mind that these vacation rentals are Casitas, which means "Little House". We pack a lot into these little places just to make it comfortable and workable for your little vacation!

We have 12 casitas w/parking in front of each casitas.We do not assign parking only because some vehicles fit better in different spots on the property.We do ask that when you park you are mindful not to take up more than one parking spot & to work with your neighbors! It was a pleasure to have you!

We spray for bugs regularly but when it rains a lot it's hard to keep those little guys out! All our places have washer/dryers & they are cleaned regularly. I'm so sorry that we missed yours but it was cleaned after your stay. Parking can be tight & we do ask our guest to be courteous when parking!
