They acted like we were an imposition to help us. The buffet food was cold and old. Buffet closes at 10 am. We went at 9 thinking it would be plenty of time and fresh food. Wrong. The staff was not helpful. The food was not good. Very disappointing. Hotel needs to consider hiring new restaurant staff. They clearly do not care. "

"The downstairs rooms were quite dark. It was confusing as to when they would clean the room we checked in Friday they said day, three which seemed to be Sunday to us, but it wasn’t so we did not have clean towels or bathmat. The breakfast was very decent lots of choices for a small breakfast fruit yogurt, toast, waffles, coffee, and juice. We had a group of people and I wish there had been a room that we could’ve all gathered in to play games and visit the woman in the breakfast room, and the woman at the front desk were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable"
