alors les suites, sont grande mais tout le reste est totalement dépassé !!!, je suis resté 17 jours, le matin même a 9h au petit-déjeuner, il y a pas grand chose et en plus c est toujours pareil !!! la literie sa va, j ai changé 2 fois de chambre !!! la premiere fois au 5 éme étage, au dessus il y a un club donc on entend tout !!!, 4 ème étage, on a eu un ronflement vibrant dans notre chambre !!! insupportable 3 jours pour réparé !!! sincèrement je voyage énormément mais la cela ne vaux que 3 *** !!! PISCINE PAS CHAUFFE ET JACUZZI EN PANNE !!!

Needs to improve the Bathrooms

The Bathroom was very old fashion, the vanity was broken, the bathtub had a big stain and the shower had a door? to a mechanical area? very disappointing for a 5-star Hotel! over all the bathroom was terrible!

Dissapointed!!... price is too high for this hotel. Room smells musty. Air conditioning dusty. And beds (sheets and pillows) were not clean. Also, the electrical outlets were a bit loose. I am requesting a reduced rate per night to be Charged. Thank you.

Hotel antigo, mas muito bom. Ótima cama, quarto enorme. Ótima localização. Café da manhã com muita variedade e muito bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Por ser antigo, tem alguns detalhes que pecam.

We stayed one night not sure if I could have stayed longer. We found roaches in the bathroom and in the bedroom. My friends room was even worse, they had to change rooms. The kitchen was very old and falling apart. I didn’t use it but the pool looked nice at night.

otel 5 estrelas. Fica no segundo anel da cidade perto das principais ruas comerciais e do centro. O Atendimento é maravilhoso, os quartos confortaveis. Tem salão de chá inclusive para as pessoas que não estão hospedadas no hotel. As piscinas são maravilhosas, ja que Santa Cruz é uma cidade extremamente quente.

The hotel needs an urgent update and upgrade. Springs killing my back, wet carpet smelling horrible, bathroom arcaic, taps leaking and a poor breakfast. Nothing else...

Outdated hotel with poor amenities

Well as we already know when traveling,many countries idea of service is not up to par with USA,neither is Bolivia.But our complaints will be focused on the restaurant,the pool and the spa.1)Restaurant-on the menu it talks about the food prepared by their executive chef.LET ME TELL YOU-the dinner gave us Food Poisoning.I believe it was the ceveche,because it just wasnt as fresh as we are used to,but believed it was ok to consume.My wife threw up two hours later,and spent the next two days with feeling awful and having 911 emergency diarrhea.I can not throw up due to a stomach proceedure that prevents me from doing so.I spent the next several days with a low grade fevel,my skin feeling irritated,and waiting out the food going from my stomach to my intestines and finally out of my system.On top of all this,the next day was a holiday and all the pharmacies were closed.So we could not start an antibiotic until wednesday.As a side bar,our main dish that evening was beef.It was not prepared properly and was tough and did not taste very good.I can cook better than this.On top of it all,we had to pay for it.2) I ventered down to the pool on wednesday,there was no towel station,and the pool was dirty,all kinds of stuff floating on top and sitting on the bottom.3)Spa was no experience,you had to call for an appointment to get a massage,or a sauna.The masseuse came from her home,and we had to pay the desk clerk for calling her.WOW.The massage was good after feeling like CRAP
