Sehr sauber und freundlicher Service. Die Einrichtung ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Klimaanlage führt auf dem Balkon Wasser in einen Plastikbehälter ab, der selbst geleert werden muss. Außerdem ist die direkte Umgebung durch Baustellen und eine kleine Straße mit zwei Prostituierten geprägt, die man aber umgehen kann, wenn man einfach in Richtung Westen geht. Generell sind viele Lokalitäten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Hafen, Bars, Museen, Bus/Bahnhaltestellen).

Parfait pour quelques jours

Très pratique pour quelques jours à Santa cruz, près de tout. Le salon est assez grand et l'accès à un stationnement est vraiment utile avec une location de voiture. Petits problèmes: pas d'air climatisé et vraiment difficile de s'y rendre sans se perdre dans les rues à sens uniques avec la voiture.

Niet zo goed.....

Prettig is dat het huis dicht bij het centrum ligt en dat je er gratis kan parkeren in de garage. Jammer dat het huis in een hoerenbuurt ligt (geen overlast). Wij hebben het huis via Trivago geboekt en zagen op de buitenfoto een prachtig appartementencomplex. Dit was bijlange niet de waarheid. Grauw gebouw in een lelijke buurt. Verder was het huis redelijk, maar het bed was rampzalig. Matras moet echt vervangen worden. Beroerd geslapen. Daarbij was het huis erg warm (wij waren er in mei). Veel warmer binnen dan de 22 graden buiten. Airco alleen in de woonkamer en niet in de slaapkamer. Jammer. We hebben genoten van de stad, maar helaas niet van ons appartement. De eigenaresse overigens was een lieve schat!

One night stopover

Stayed here for one night in October. The main purpose for booking this apartment was it's location at walking distance form the city center and free car park. Also the proximity from the harbor which was a plus as we had to catch the ferry early in the morning to Gran Canaria. Nice clean private apartment, owned by a private person. You need to prearrange the time of arrival, so the owner can come to show you around the apartment and handover the keys. Very friendly and helping person. The place is a bit hard to find and the building does not look very modern from the outside. The apartment must be from the late 60s, but we did not mind as we were there for only oone night and the lcation suited us. I should also mention that there were very good provisions provided inthe apartment for self cooking and stuff. Very well thought of. The price per night was also reasonable for the location.
