Other than the outside grounds seemed to be a bit neglected, the hotel felt used and the rooms dated.
Overall the experience was good, but when booking at a full service Hilton, we expect a high level of service and surroundings
Room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were full size, just a bit too small but manageable. Restaurant was overpriced for mediocre food, better to just use Doordash or Grubhub if you want convenience. Overall it was a nice stay and surroundings felt safe and were also clean. I will likely stay here again if ever in the area.

I don’t know how clean my room was since my sheets smelled like body odor. I was disgusted and didn’t feel like I was in a clean room.

Room was nice and clean. Hotel restaurant was pricy. Was disappointed the rooms didn’t have streaming channels, there was a huge Tv screen and only offered cable.. it’s 2024 maybe get Netflix on the tv for a Hilton hotel.

Everyone on the staff, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and security were very friendly attentive and quick. You would never have known there was a NFC Championship game happening. It was smooth and easy.

Staff was great, room was average. Shower head was leaking so water would spray out the side while trying to shower getting water all over the floor. Bathroom sink and toilet was rusted or just poorly cleaned

The people at the hotel are terribly rude they are very unprofessional the rooms are very outdated beds are so uncomfortable breakfast is expensive and nasty horrible experience

The bedding did not fit the bed, there was too much air freshener through out the hotel and room. I am asthmatic and it caused me breathing issues. The room and hallways weren't the cleanest.
Also, there was only 1 floor that had a working ice machine. I visited 4 floors before I found the working one.
