"While it was good value for money because it was inexpensive, a few things can be improved here. The rooms are dated and in need of cleaning and small repairs. The parking is not really adequate. And the thin walls between rooms means you can hear people talking in the adjacent apartments. However the owner is friendly and they are undergoing some renovations so hopefully it improves."

Porém, há alguns fatores que me fazem não recomendá-la. O estacionamento é pequeno e desorganizado, e o portão/controle só funcionava de uma forma específica.
