"We had a great stay, we are vegan and there were so many vegan restaurants less than 10 minutes away walking. Close to the beautiful Plaza de Armas, very safe area had hot water which is a plus and good WIFI. Also had a refrigerator and microwave which we definitely used. "

"Traffic outside door and on one side of hotel makes it noisy on one side of rooms. We had trouble with non functioning safes and heating/cooling system. The staff was always present and very helpful. They prepared a complimentary lunch when our departure was before breakfast. "I had a wonderful stay. Location is fantastic. 15 min walking distance from downtown, 25 mins from the airpot by taxi. The area is quiet, residential, near a park. The kindeness of the staff is remarkable. The hotel has a restaurant that offers a variety of tasty dishes and drinks.
