We've stayed at the Canary several times in the past and the experience has always been great.This time, however, the room was not ready when we arrived, and when we finally got it, the room smelled of the cleaner they used to clean it, the air conditioning was turned off and the refrigerator was not working. None of these things is huge problem by itself but you expect better from a hotel charging $700/night.The managers did give us some consideration on the bill which was appreciated.
