Dear Ilya,Thank you for choosing Kimpton and for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience at Kimpton CANARY HOTEL.I would like to start by apologizing to you for not meeting your expectations. I wanted to share I reviewed our records regarding your recent reservation secured through Hotels.com. The hotel received the reservation on June 8th the day before arrival, the reservation was made solely for an essential room type bedding type not specific. Our hotel does offer nonspecific room type reservation at a reduced price point to our potential guests. If the hotel had your requested bedding type available we would have honored the request. Unfortunately the hotel was previously fully committed on June 9th for all double bedded rooms. and as such would not have been available to purchase or request on June 8. Again I do apologize that we were not able to honor your request.We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and we will use your comments to coach our team in order to provide a better experience in the future.I hope you will give us a chance by staying with us again to show you that your unsatisfactory stay was an exception.Again, thank you for sharing your comments.
