"The free breakfast was good, had a lot of choices. The shower head needs to be replaced in room 203. The pond and the grounds were beautiful. Loved the ducks which for 50 cents you can feed them. Loved the free toy fish. We will definitely stay there again. "

"We got there, and check-in was super easy and quick. Staff were helpful and friendly anytime we needed anything. Parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast was the typical continental, and coffee was always fresh and hot. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had the amenities they said they'd have. The microwave and refrigerator were working. The only issue we had was with the toilet and the shower drain. The toilet didn't always flush, and the shower drain would have moments where the water wasn't going down. We got the family room, so we had three beds and six people, and we never felt crowded. My sister and I both woke up from different beds with red bumps on our chests—bed bugs?! I don't know. The hotel also wasn't far from the highway and places to go and see. Overall, a great stay for our families!"

"I stayed two nights in March 2026 and had a very poor experience. On the first night a neighboring room’s air conditioner made loud bursting noises, so around midnight I asked the front desk for another room and moved to a far-end room. That room had towels on the bathroom floor and trash in the bin, though the bed looked clean. I fetched fresh towels from the lobby, then discovered there was no toilet paper; I managed with tissues. The next morning I reported the issues and requested toilet paper; staff brought one roll and said they’d send housekeeping. Later that evening the room had not been cleaned. I found a live cockroach on the floor, trapped it under a cup, and left it there. At checkout I reported the uncleaned room and the cockroach; the front-desk staff apologized verbally but offered no remedy or compensation. I have photos of the cockroach."

"The breakfast was great, with many choices, including fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a cool machine that makes small, tender pancakes that are almost like crepes (great with nutella on them). A machine makes a variety of tasty espresso drinks at the push of a button (grinding the beans for each serving). The pool, hot tub, courtyard and garden area are beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious, with plenty of seating and walkways throughout. The room was nice, with a sleek, modern feel in the main area that included a small couch, coffee table, and an armoire."
