"Bello hotel, ubicacion excelente, personal maravilloso. No puedo poner 5 estrellas porque la comida nos parecio terrible - la calidad era fatal, y carisima. Es una pena que los hoteles que son parte de cadenas siempre esten sacrificando calidad para ahorrar en costos. Me da pena poner pocas estrellas por los trabajadores, que fueron todos excelentes. "Mi experiencia en este hotel está foi muy decepcionante. Desde el primer día hemos tenido varios problemas que, a pesar de haber sido comunicados al personal, no han sido solucionados. Pagué por una habitación con vista al mar, pero nos alojaron en el primer piso con un árbol justo enfrente de la ventana. Es imposible disfrutar de la vista al mar por la que pagamos. "Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island.
