"The style is definitely circa 70’s Las Vegas with mirrors, red and black decor and could use renovations but the location, staff and our club room overlooking the stage was AMAZING!! I will definitely return. The beach staff, restaurant and front desk staff 5 stars!"

"I booked a room with a sea view but was given one without. The hotel said they would let me know if they had any cancellations and could move me, which didn't happen. They did however kindly offer me all inclusive due to this error On the second day the jacuzzi from the room above was leaking into my room directly on to the television. I requested to move room but the hotel was unable to accommodate due to being fully booked. This meant that I had to stay in a room I deemed dangerous, although they said it wasn't The following day the hotel sent someone to repair the upstairs jacuzzi which consisted of very loud banging. I left the room while they completed the repairs but could still hear the banging from the restaurant across the pool My room was on the corner of 2 walk ways and directly next to the outdoor gym. Every morning I was woken up to people exercising and playing music from 6.30am The bathroom is not separate from the main room. At times the sewage built up which created a strong odour, especially at night The window and the patio doors did not lock. This was concerning as a solo traveller Although the staff were friendly and polite I did not have an enjoyable or relacing stay and was very disappointed, especially due to the numerous issues that arose"

"Nice pool, great kids area and excellent breakfast. Location was quite nice for a quiet holiday. However this was all let down by the accommodation itself. We were in the “apartments”, which was an ugly block of rooms just outside of the hotel. The room we had initially was on the 4th floor and smelt really bad and the bathroom was dingy and so we asked to move. We were moved, after an extended period of waiting around to walk to the right person, and were offered a “downgrade” to a room on the 1st floor of the same block. This room was much cleaner and the bathroom less dingy, however the front door didn’t fully shut. We did ask to be moved but there were no other rooms available in the entire hotel apparently for the three final nights. We went to the pool and came back to our apartment (which was next to the sunbathing area) fully open - the cleaners had either not shut it, or because the door didn’t close properly, they’d tried and it didn’t work. We booked somewhere else and left."

"Great place to stay as long as is from Thursday-Sunday the rest the property does not advise you when booking that there is nothing to do in there at night. When you purchase your stay it states they give you free two tickets for the events well there is nothing events everyday and they do not provide for anywhere else on the island do the information is a but misleading. Property wise is great they will benefit from heater pools when iff season."

"Hotel is in a quiet bay situated on waters edge. Stayed in a Suite room which had a mountain view not a sea view (Sea view rooms are available but are smaller). Clean beach, calm waters, relaxed bars and a few shops. Portinatx is small and can be walked along beach walkway from hotel on 5mins. Local bus from Portinatx go Ibiza town and Santa Eluraia des Rui."
