"The hotel staff where very friendly and helpful and we managed to check in an hour early, we dropped our bags off and checked in and they called us when our room was ready as we were there early. "The room was very clean. Their king bed is actually 2 twins pushed together which was fine. My husband kept saying that his mattress felt like the coils were coming up through. After 2 bad nights he pulled back the sheets to discover the mattress had been flipped upside down. It’s not designed to be flipped. After flipping it right side up we noticed an old dried stain. Room 103. Appears someone didn’t want to deal with a spill so they flipped it over. "
