"I stay here for 5 days with my family and we loved everything about the hotel from the security to workers, the hotel is always clean and there is plenty of things to do with the kids, every thing around the hotel is walkable. "On arrival the room had not been cleaned, left as previous guests had left it! What on earth did they think they were doing? Dirty bed linen and towels strewn across the uncleaned floors! The most disturbing thing was two tablets of ectasy were on the bed, unthinkable if young guests had thought they were sweets! "We arrived to the Girona airport very late at 1 am. I called the hotel and they sent the shuttle over to pick us up. In the morning we caught the shuttle back over to the airport and purchased bus tickets for the bus that took us directly to the north Barcelona station. The hotel room was very clean and well maintained. The pool and spa / hot baths area were clean and beautiful. We didn’t eat at the property except for a morning cafe latte, but the breakfast looked good. The front desk staff spoke English well and was extremely helpful to us regarding transportation questions. We were happy with our stay and would recommend the Salles Hotel!"
