"Employees at the reception are not very friendly. The outdoor area of the hotel need some extra care. Rooms are small but clean and good housekeeping service. AC was set at 21 Celsius and we were not able to move it upwards or downwards, when the request was made at the reception we were told this was because of local regulations. There is no way to communicate with the reception from the room, there is a QR that never worked."
