"Beautiful hotel & rooms - food & drink options were great - The buffet food was among the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been to Ibiza many times & always stay 5* - we previously have stayed at Grand Palladium which is part of the same hotel group as TRS - my understanding was that TRS was going to be a better standard than Grand Palladium which in some respects it was. The biggest let down for this hotel are its unhelpful staff on reception. Everything was too much trouble for them & the welcome we received on arrival set the tone for the rest of the trip. The poolside bar service was also a let down & we felt like we were putting the staff out by asking for drinks. Sadly this has put me off staying here again which is a shame as the hotel is beautiful, especially the pools & rooftop area & the sunsets from here are amazing!"

"We went for our wedding anniversary. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It features a great location, friendly staff, various bar and dining options, a gorgeous pool and sundeck, and is clean, beautifully decorated, and just a few feet from the beach. The front desk was extremely helpful, and check-in was a breeze. There is a DJ by the pool and also at the terrace overlooking the bay in the evening. The room was clean and the view from our balcony spectacular. The only thing I thought that staff could have done better was cancel my payment and charge me again when I asked them to after realizing I had mistakenly paid with Dollars instead of Euros which is always the better option when visiting European countries. I spoke with the manager, and they said they couldn't cancel the payment and charge me again. This ended up costing us an additional $55 from the rate I had gotten with our booking. Other than that, all was excellent. I would go back again!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless the girl that cleaned our room was lovely . We had a fantastic view of the beach from our room. The breakfast staff was great cleaning the tables as soon as people had left them and keeping on top of things and very friendly."

"We had an excellent stay at OKU Ibiza and were impressed across the board. The staff are exceptionally well trained, friendly and professional, with a consistently high level of customer service throughout the hotel. The valet service was particularly efficient and made having a hire car completely hassle-free. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent choice and noticeably high-quality ingredients. One of our favourite things about the hotel, though, was the atmosphere around the pool. It manages to feel relaxed and stylish without being pretentious. We especially loved the afternoon DJ sets – starting with chilled music and gradually increasing the tempo as the afternoon went on, but always done tastefully and never overpowering. The sunbeds deserve a special mention – genuinely the best we have ever had at a hotel! They are incredibly wide and comfortable and make spending a day by the pool an absolute pleasure. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed, and we were delighted to receive an upgrade at reception to a suite, which made the stay even more special. Overall, OKU Ibiza gets the balance just right: great service, excellent food, a beautiful setting and a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere. We would happily return."
