Ok but not without issues
The hotel was ok. Very tiny room. Although I booked this stay as a VIP member; they did not openly offer the VIP benefits. I had to go back to the desk to ask about the sparkling wine which they then brought to room. I was not upgraded even when I could see better rooms available - they said it is not guaranteed. Even though I could show her parking credit was a VIP benefit offered at booking, the receptionist said not offered at their hotel. I was not charged when checked out by a different receptionist. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but he brought my carpaccio and we waited at least 10-15 minutes for them to bring my husbands. It was NOT noted when booking that the hot tub is an extra cost of 20 Euros per person for one hour. The hot tub was the reason we booked this hotel but did not use due to cost and time limit. Should be disclosed as part of offer when booking hotel.

Beautiful hotel, views and rooms. Excellent breakfast. If walking, a uphill location ad a bit far from centre. Dinner was ok, small portion and a bit pricey compare to other places.

Summer family trip
This was the first location in a trip around Northern Italy. The rooms were fine, nicely decorated, and the staff changed the children's room from a double to a twin on arrival (although this had been requested previously). Balcony views on the front of the hotel are much better than the back of the hotel.

The hotel and the staff are nice. However we booked by accident the half board, which included dinner. We canceled a well planned dinner to eat at the hotel for Christmas Day. Please be advised the food and dining room are not as advertised in the photos in the hallways and online. The food was very bad we ate the first dish as we were starving and made our plan to escape and find food. The table bread was even stale. The dining hall is like a retirement home, zero charm. Its rude and a disrespectful to feed people such poor quality food, especially for Christmas Day. We will not be staying here again.

Great place to relax and explore San Remo
Fantastic view over the villa Nobel and the sea. Enjoyed the roof terrasse for a relaxing time. Walkable distance from the train station. Great service from all the staff. Many beaches to choose from.

Nice hotel in decent location. Rooms large and bathrooms modern but ours did not have a balcony or view so was disappointing. Ok breakfast. Disappointing that their was a spa / sauna but had to pay - this is already an expensive hotel

Nice boutique hotel but AC didn't work
The staff at reception and at breakfast were very welcoming and adhered to Covid safety protocol. The room was simple and compact; the best part was the lovely sea view. The bottle of complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. Unfortunately, what let this stay down was the AC not working or was shut off during the night. The temperature can't be controlled within the room. We advised the front desk several times. They attempted to adjust the temperature but it continued to blow hot air and was not fixed. So, we had a very uncomfortable night and didn't sleep. We opened the window but then there was noise on top of still being hot. It was disappointing because the hotel is in a great location and lovely. We would stay again IF the AC is fixed or come during a cooler period. I believe others have left reviews about the AC not working so it seems to be a recurring problem.

Really nice place, simple but clean and friendly. We went in the spa Which was clean and simple wit a large jacuzzi and a small hamam and sauna. Buffet breakfast was pleasant. Social distancing makes most things tedious but necessary We had to tK ethe care to get into the center of toen but finding parking was simple & uber looked available.

good hotel-- make sure you triple check the bill.
The hotel is very comfortable and sparkling clean! My only complaint is that the lady at the front desk tried to charge us an extra 30 euros for using the "wellness center"--we caught it and maybe it was just a mistake, but it left a bad impression. Also the eggs at breakfast were slimy, but now I'm just being nitpicky.

Lovely property if a little shabby in places. Air conditioning made a strange noise every minute or so which was annoying. Parking was easy and the location was handy enough for a short walk into the centre.

Good but could be great!
Nice hotel and a quiet location, in room amenities pretty basic, shampoo only and no conditioner; water wasn’t replaced after the first day, all Of which are basic things for a 3*. Breakfast ok and coffee good. Very very hard bed, which we found uncomfortably hard. Really nice spa, with a few tweaks, the hotel could be 4*.

Convenient and comfortable stopover
We stopped here on our first night after landing in Nice and heading into Italy. It fulfilled all our needs, especially the restaurant, which was outstanding. The room was a bit small, but still excellent value for the money, and we slept very well. Oh, and it had a great shower. We have already talked about staying here again, although we would pay a bit more for a slightly larger room.

Well first off, we went in February which is considered off season. I get it. However, we were staying at an air bnb and chose to love to this hotel for two specific reasons: 1. To be closer to shopping, restaurants and people; 2. WiFi! The restaurant at the hotel was closed along with many many many other restaurants within considerable walking distance. No one told us the restaurant was closed until March. No one. I wouldn’t have booked the room there. Second, this hotel can not say they offer WiFi. You have to signed on 1700 times during the use of it and if you’re from out of the area good luck! Also, the staff were not as warm and fuzzy and dipected on the reviews. Although it seemed most itialan women weren’t. Maybe it’s bwcause of the off season? All in all 3 stars. Cute hotel. I’m sure the food would have be delicious. I liked that we had a tearrece. I wouldn’t ever go back again though.

Great place to stay!
We loved that our room had his and hers bathrooms! Breakfast was excellent. The staff was always so helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
