Odalar taş bina içinde ve konforlu
Personel ve özellikle Müdür İbrahim bey çok ilgili sizi rahat ettirmek için pervane oluyor.
Kahvaltı kaliteli ve yeterli,
Avlularda çayınızı kahvenizi içip keyifli sohbet etme ortamınız var.
Otopark otele çok yakın ama gelmeden otopark konumu için otel ile irtibata geçmek lazım.

"The staff tried to make the guests comfortable. The hotel was centrally located, easy walking around the center of town and to the bazaars.
Although cleaning was done regularly, the hotel itself looks very worn-out and so the environment is not very pleasant. A coat of paint on the outside and in the rooms will go a long way to make it not look and feel so run-down. The bathroom was the most unpleasant part. It is ot properly designed; it is very narrow. "Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Tarihi bir konak ve otel muhteşem. Konumu çok iyi, her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Tek olumsuz yanı ücretli otopark kullanıyor olmanız. Bunun dışında olumsuz bir şey yok. Ama yine de güzel bir deneyimdi. Urfa’ya gittiğimde tekrar kalacağım otel. "

"3 kere odamız değiştirildi. Her odada uzun siyah kadın saçları doluydu. Çalışanlarının olduğuna kanaat getirdik. Odaların temizlendiğini söylediler. Ancak Elektrik süpürgeleri bozukmuş. Çekçekle de malum saçlar oldukları yerde kalıyor. Hotels yine her zamanki gibi birşry yapamadı. He odaları değiştirip bavullarımızı ordan oraya taşıtma dışında. Butik otel sınıfının da ülkede sınıfsız bir hale geldiğini görmüş olduk. Başarılar Çiftehan başatılar Hotels!"
