"직원들의 친절도는 만족입니다. 객실의 청소 및 상태는 아난티의 이름과 맞지 않습니다. (샤워장의 문 고장, 바닥 실리콘이 떨어져 발에 걸림, 침대 프레임이 삐그덕 거림, 중간 청소는 청결하지 못함) 리조트내 식당의 맛은 좋으나, 코브의 경우 한정된 시간에 객실내 손님들이 몰리다 보니 자리 배정이 힘듬. 유아용품의 갯수 제한과 미리 예약이 안되어 무엇을 준비해 갈지 매우 난감합니다."
