"이브자리도 깨끗하고 직원도 친절한데요 아주 작은것이 투숙객에게 불편을 줍니다 구두주걱이 없다 실내화도 없고 베란다에 슬리퍼도 없다 암막커튼이 없어 일찍 햇빛들어 잠을 못잔다 폰키 작동 불능이다 첵크인하고 들어가보니 두사람인데 타올이 달랑1개만있어 매니저에게 전화를 해서 해결은 했지만 사전 준비가 부족하고 3시50분에 객실에 도착해보니 그때까지 청소중이었다 왜청소가 이리 늦었나? 물어보니 이쁜몽골여자분이 도통 말이 안통했다 작은부분들이 기분을 다운 시켰음"

"We stayed three nights in this hotel and a very comfortable room overlooking Sokcho lake, absolutely wonderful. Check-in and check-out are both self-service and there is an assumption that you have Whatsapp on your phone as the check-in details are sent via this app, which we didn't have. "마운틴뷰였는데 교통 소음이 넘 컸어요. 무덤 뷰였으나 환기는 잘되었어요. 아직 새집 냄새가 배여있네요. 시설은 너무 훌륭했습니다. 단지 화장할 거울이 없네요. 거울은 화장실에만 있어요. 주차도 편했습니다."

"Also die Unterkunft an sich war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt dafür dass das Gebäude noch relativ neu ist. Leider war es nicht perfekt sauber mit einigen Haaren und Flecken der Vorbewohner. Uns war im Vorfeld nicht ganz klar, dass es eher eine Art Air bnb ist. Die Flure sind leider auch relativ hellhörig und nicht sehr sauber. Der Service hat sich aber sehr bemüht damit wir auch als nicht asiatische Touristen zurecht kommen.
