"객실의 조건과 숙박 금액을 고려했을 때 전반적으로 매우 기대에 많이 미치지 못했습니다. 1. 객실 청소 및 위생 상태 금연 객실을 예약했음에도 처음 배정받은 방에서 담배 냄새가 심하게 나 객실을 변경해야 했습니다. 변경된 객실 역시 욕조 내부에 곰팡이가 있어 청결 관리가 제대로 되고 있는지 의문이 들었습니다. 2. 에어컨 상태 에어컨을 가장 강한 풍량으로 설정했음에도 객실이 충분히 시원해지지 않아 머무는 동안 쾌적하지 않았습니다. 3. 객실 바닥 청결 상태 바닥에는 껌처럼 보이는 이물질이 그대로 남아 있었습니다. 슬리퍼를 제공한다고 ..."

"비싸다고 생각했던 금액이 전혀 아깝지 않을만큼 너무나 완벽했던 숙소였습니다. 이틀밖에 못 머물렀다는게 아쉬웠지요. 다음에 꼭 다시 방문하려구요^^아이와 또는 부모님과 함께라면 더없이 만족스러울 최고의 숙소입니다. 제주도에 와서 가장 만족스러웠던 숙소였어요!!"

"Better than expected; usually prefer hotels for the cleaning and amenities but for one night this was just as good. Bathroom was very high quality and the whole place was spacious and clean and modern-feeling. Good location next to many souvenir and coffee shops."
