"Charming quintessential New England historic B&B. The owners/host were very gracious and accommodating. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained - perfect to relax outside with a glass of wine, morning coffee or just to relax and read a book. The rooms were clean, the sheets were high quality, and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"Was pleased with the staff and location of the Inn. It was clean and in fair condition for an older facility. The only concern we had were the small toilets since we’re older than the average visitors and had trouble with them. Still would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Hyannis. "

"I really enjoyed Sesuit Harbor House. I was pleasantly surprised with our stay - so many thoughtful touches! The pool, fire pit and resident goats, made it a really fun experience, great location as well. I hope to stay here next time I'm in town! "

"we loved the place. even though it was not fully opened ,no place to get breakfast or snack . the pools were beautiful and clean . one thing that was a little scarey there were not many people staying there.but we will go back next year as long as they keep the price the same. I would put another chair in the room . no closet just hooks to hang your clothes very friendly "

"The room had a great kitchenette with dishes and silverware, it was really nice. Beds were SO comfortable. Linens are new and updated. The staff was on top of everything, and helpful and really provided “invisible “ service. Continental breakfast was more than just a muffin and coffee, it was fresh fruit, bagels, breads, cereals, and such a great dining room. A nice quiet place to really relax and close enough to walk to the beach. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom.
