Hotel Ruby Ponderay/Sandpoint
The staff was friendly and helpful, they greated us will a smile everytime we passed the counter. Room was comfortable and quiet. Best hot water! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of the day. Cant beat the breakfast. We will come back.

The staff made my stay comfortable and went beyond to see that I had what I needed. I wish all hotel rooms were like this - very clean room, plenty of lighting, nice towels, comfortable bed, and an easy check-in. We will be staying here again in the future.
