"For as much money paid for the hotel and only one to two check-in staff with 3 to 5 people waiting in line. It took over 20 minutes to get to the front of the line. When you’re traveling, you’re exhausted and this is not a good way to greet your customers. Charging $100 for incidentals is fine but it takes five days to release that money"

"This was an excellent hotel stay. It was clean and in a prime location but it was the details that stood out to me - water filing stations on each floor, even providing bottles if you needed it, extra comfortable beds, well laid out rooms and helpful and friendly staff. We loved our stay here."

"The ninth floor view of the harbor was amazing. The 12th floor deck with the two fire pits was amazing. We was with walking distance of some great seafood. Uber ride downtown was short. If I go back, I will go to that hotel."
