"Not recommend this place . wanted to let you know about a few issues with our room. The sink is clogged, the microwave seems very old and is not working well, and the shower head has very low water pressure—we can barely feel the water, and we’ve had to use a bowl just to rinse ourselves. We’ve also had to go to the front desk every day to ask for more paper towels and clean towels"

"Location was ideal, able to walk through the dunes to the beach. The social hall was nice and my boys enjoyed the pool tables. I was surprised by the cost of the meals in the dining hall- almost $50 per person for dinner! We opted to eat elsewhere. The cafe in the social hall was cute and convenient, but staffing issues in the morning prevented us from getting coffee... We stayed in a family room, which was set up well for us. "Fireplace and easy parking"

"There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Even though we knew it, we did know it would get so stuffy in the middle of the night. So we did not get a good night's sleep. After we open the fan and the patio door for the 2nd night, it was much better. The breakfast area is a bit cramped."

"This is an apartment complex that uses the front of the building as a motel. Very very old, mold on the ceiling with a shower head installed for people 5’ , the tub floor buckled and bounced. It was sketch. Housekeeping parked her cart right in front of our room, threw recycling on the ground and didn’t move until 4 or so. It was very strange. On the plus side the neighborhood was quiet and the office offered a complimentary boxed breakfast of muffin, bread and cheese but only from 8-9. I...

"We were not able to use the pool. The staff told us that the water pump is not working. We almost got burned in the shower. My wife was in the shower when the water became very hot. The staff told us that the boiler broke down and they turned off the cold water. When it is my turn to take the shower, there is no hot water at all and I took the shower using freezing cold water. "The hotel was fantastic and we stayed here for 4 nights. The continental breakfast was some of the best I have had from a hotel. The coffee machines are available 24/7 and grinds and brews fresh coffee. We had a room with two king beds which is hard to find, but we appreciated very much. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have is the laundry room only had one washer and dryer that took $6 in quarters and closed at night."
