"The food at the hotel restaurant did not live up to the standards of an InterContinental Hotel. At checkout, the female front desk staff member—without a smile—bluntly asked if I needed a receipt. Aside from that, everything else was generally fine."

"Rooms were great. Had the little patio area overlooking the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Friendly staff and rooms had everything we needed. DO NOT TAKE THE toy looking blue BINOCULARS from the room! That will be a $150 charge, The smores by the fire were a nice touch! I didn’t care for the glass of $17 Chardonnay. It was absolutely awful lol ."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Our stay was relaxing with clean room and comfy beds. Hotel was truly dog-friendly. We loved that the Portola Plaza and Fisherman’s Wharf were just short walks from hotel."
