"There was an empty bottle of water, water flow in the shower was not good and no hot water, washer needs to be changed the soap dispenser was broken off no where to put the detergent. Had a hard time speaking with the security guard at the gate to get entry to the room. I did not see any shopping attached to the building as mentioned in my hotel details also the Mountain view was seen between buildings not a clear view. No shampoo and soap please bring your own also the kitchen sink has no soap...

"La peor experiencia de la vida desde que abrimos la puerta, casa sin ventilación, sucia en pésimas condiciones, muebles deteriorados, sin agua, nada de lo mencionado en la descripción ni en las fotos, pura publicidad engañosa , baños sin agua y desagües taqueados ,sin televisor, sin toallas , artículos desagradables de personas que estuvieron antes, súper mala presentación. En definitiva todo mal.
Esto no tiene carta de presentación! Solo abusivos con el cobro."
