"Staff was amazing and help accommodate my needs especially since I needed to do an early check in and my flight in arrived at 8 am ish and my next flight out was 5pm. So I was able to do an early check in and they helped facilitate my transportation to the airport."

"You are getting what you pay for. The location is close to the beach, with a grocery store 2 min away. The rooms were generally clean, the bed is very firm so not the best if you are a side sleeper, the pool was a great addition and the house manager Naty was very friendly and available for anything you need. The shower in my first room was clogged and flooded my bedroom but Naty quickly acted and had me switch rooms. I would highly recommend and stay here again."

"Liked the garden setting with restaurant, swings and beautiful view of Lake Suchitlan. Although small, the room was functional and clean. The standout was the staff - they were very helpful answering questions, calling tuk-tuks and assisting with luggage, etc. Would stay here again. "
