"We chose this hotel for the proximity to the airport. It is good for what it is. It is a 1 star but I’d actually say 2 stars. We normally stay in 4-5 star hotels. It was fine for a quick night and easy access to the airport"

"This hotel was completely misrepresented online. There is no spa, no sauna, no spa, no breakfast, no restaurant. The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain. The jacuzzi tub took over 40 mins to fill after we got hot water. Then it would not turn on, once we got someone to help us turn it on (they had to go downstairs and turn on a breaker) the...

"Check-in process almost impossible, they advertised 10am check-in. I arrived at 1pm, rang the doorbell and knocked and rang but no answer. Then at 4:30pm after knocking for over two minutes was greeted, I showed my reservation which had already been paid and had to wait for over 15 minutes for them to verify. Toilet didn’t flush and when I tried to leave at 6am the front door was padlocked and no one at reception so could not get out, no fire escape - very unsafe!"
