My room only had fans, but this time of the year it would get cold at night. So I turned them off at night and was completely comfortable during the day. They cleaned and changed the linens every day. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Would stay there again!

Not all rooms have air condition, neither hot water, but shower water is warm for the most, not hot. Staff is very nice and helpful, some rooms are near to the street and could be noisy but is understandable because is at the hearth of San Salvador, staff got me another room that was quiet. And I enjoy being near at walking distance to all festivities that happening on the historic center

We arrived 4 hours early, and they said our room was ready. So nice! The hotel is so, so eclectic. There are little quirks at every turn, and it all works. A spiral staircase leading to a room where the door just drops off? It's here! I loved the place. 15 minutes to walk to the historical center of town. Friendly staff, and helpful.

Staff was excellent. Very polite and helpful. The place in general was very noisy at all hours of the day. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the room. Instead you had to use some paper towel. The room was very bright at night from the lights outside the building. The parking was a nightmare also. It was stacked parking and you had to call them to open the gate.

My stay at this hotel was easy and comfortable. With like any budget hotel, this hotel had its quirks. We didn't have running hot water for showers, but it was okay because the weather at the time we were there was like 30 degrees celsius. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. We had a running A/C. The beds were alright. If you like having heavy comforters, bring your own blanket!

The only good thing about this places was the price. They did mit even provide blankets or air conditioning. I was only allowed one towel for my stay. The front desk person made a big deal about getting a single extra towel and had to get it approved by another employee. The neighborhood is safe though.

Affordable and cute hotel. The hotel’s front street is one-way and very busy, and guests have to go up the sidewalk with the car to check in because there’s no parking driveway. We were told to drive behind the hotel to find a garage door to park. There are no signs, so we drove 3 times and couldn’t find it, until we picked up the bellboy to accompany us to show us the right garage door, since there were other two next to it. The hotel should put at least the letter H on the garage door or gate, so guests know at what door to knock for them to open it. If you have phone service, you could just call reception to open the gate. We rented two rooms and one of them, the toilet was very close to the wall, so we had to seat a little sideways. Ja, ja, ja, but it was very good for one night stay.

Great value for the price, location was walkable to the historic center, front desk was staffed at all times and helped to facilitate transportation. Like other guests mentioned this hotel does not have hot water, but this is common in many buildings in El Salvador. The room had air conditioning, but this was not needed given the outside temperature. One thing to note is that there is some noise from traffic in the street, but it was not loud enough to be a bother.
