"Muy buena localización, con vista al lago. La habitación que ocupé para 3 personas,,, un poco pequeña.. poco espacio para moverse. El baño muy pequeño. El desayuno con pocas opciones. El personal es muy amable. Buen área de estacionamiento. Solo había 1 rollo de papel de inodoro para 3 personas,, deficiente,"

"We loved our stay! But be aware that there is no AC. There is only a fan. Plan accordingly. We loved the free continental breakfast, it was good. Also, stunning view from our bedroom window and access to the pool and jacuzzi. 9/10. The only reason I dont give it a 10/10 is because of the lack of AC in the rooms. You have to take a Tuk Tuk to get to the downtown Guatape area, or the Bus Terminal. There are no ubers. But the Tuk Tuks are affordable and reliable. There are not many restaurants in the area, other than the one at the hotel."

"The listing on expedia is incorrect. It says there are free shuttles to the airport on a schedule. There are no free shuttles they have to call for transportation. It did not cost much but that should be corrected. Also better signage when you arrive . I got there in the dark and had trouble figuring out where reception was. The breakfast was delicious best one i had in three weeks in Colombia! Room was lovely but the shower floor could be dangerous as it’s slippery when wet. A bathmat would help!"
