Expedia claims A/C, but we did not have. the rooms that have A/C are only portable units. A little tough when it is a hot August in Tuscany. The beds are horrible. Again you are camping in a medieval village. Location is very remote from other Tuscany towns. That being said, it is a beautiful place to camp in a medieval village. "

Very small TV in room, no internet inside apartment, had to go to the courtyard to get connection. No couch, two arm chairs and dining room table to sit at.
