"Un hotel que no ha perdido su encanto y se ha ido renovando con el transcurrir de los aƱos. Tuve mi primera experiencia viajando con mis padres en un lejano aƱo 2002. El hotel ha mantenido su toque clĆ”sico que data de 1935. Fuimos con mi familia justo en la Ć©poca de feria y fiestas de independencia. La habitaciĆ³n limpia e impecable, no tuvimos problemas para descansar a pesar del ruido que podĆa existir en las afueras del hotel, el staff muy profesional y atento a las necesidades de mi familia. La piscina techada, limpia y climatizada. Los desayunos muy buenos y con excelente atenciĆ³n por parte de los meseros. Todo queda muy cerca desde su ubicaciĆ³n (restaurantes, antros, monumentos principales, cafeterĆas, etc.). El estacionamiento puede ser un poco complicado de encontrar la primera vez ya que se encuentra en la parte trasera del hotel pero vale la pena la experiencia, pienso volver con mi familia y los insto a que sigan adelante. Y lo mejor de todo, el check out a las 13:00 horas me parece una polĆtica excelente que permite un verdadero descanso y el poder disfrutar del hotel como se merece. Saludos!"

"Customer service, at check in, front desk clerk accommodate us, we arrive at 9:30 in the morning, find us a room, we paid a small amount extra . The property is well kept, the public restrooms immaculate. The room as we enter had a card on the bed with a fancy packed chocolate. Water and coffee was provided. Tha bathroom amenities had a fresh and clean scent, it was clean. Breakfast was top notch. Service was exceptional, the young server was very attentive. Dinner was a little bit different. The food was excellent. Very poor service, slow, we were the o ly ones in the entire dining room. Even though the server wasnāt interested on providing attention to us. The parking area very safe, the parking attendant was attentive and very helpful. I like the location, it wasnāt to Fay from the historic area,"

"We really enjoyed our time at Entre Cerros. There were 7 of us in one cabin but with 2 bedrooms and a loft, there was plenty of room. The small kitchen was helpful. There was a coffeemaker and good coffee, although we really needed a larger water filter. Cookies were on the table when we arrived and firewood was placed beside the outdoor fire pit for our use. The restaurant was better than expected, both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter, Cesar, did a great job serving us and making it special. The landscaping is beautiful. The heated pool was great! Our biggest complaint was the roads getting to Entre Cerros was rough and difficult to find. But once you get there, itās great!"
