The staff were very flexible and accommodating! Great view from the balcony rooms and comfy bed! Close to lots of great restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to the secret beach. They picked me up from the water terminal and were able to rent me a golf cart.

Excellent experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to downtown, the water and the North side coffee shops. Coffee de los Mayas is less than two blocks away. Highly recommend!

The pictures are not a true reflection of the building, location, nor the room. The location was good, we were able to easily walk around and get food and entertainment. I knew it was bad when I walked up to the building, but it was too late to cancel šŸ˜ž. The place is run down and the room is no better. I had an ocean front room. There were holes in the wall. The sink leaked. My shower head was in the ceiling with no way of adjusting it, which made no sense to me. There was a fridge in the room, however it was unplugged and took almost half a day to start cooling once it was plugged in. The fridge was also hiding a hole. The locals we met described the place as an hostel hotel, but even then I still believe better can be done by the owner and caretaker of this place. It is not worth the money they are charging

The staff was super helpful if you ever need help or have any questions there always there to help. Hotel is in good area Close to the Fairy I had no problems.

Good for a short stay

The hotel has a nice location by the water, though it's not used as a beach and on the ground floor there's a restaurant with decent food and sometimes loud crowds. The first room I was given was noisy and stuffy and the helpful receptionist changed my room the next day. They offer a pick-up and a drop-off service with a golf cart when you arrive and depart, which is very helpful.

There was no hot water, one day my shower spewed water all over, I called the front desk and they fixed it. Shower was still cold. Toilet did not work but was fixed. Overall the place was clean and balcony good. The ride to and from the Water Taxi was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Check in was easy as usual but many downfalls, biggest one is the bathroom. The water never seemed to get hot but then smelled terrible of wet mildew smell. Other hotels in Belize do not have that. Only received two bath towels. Hotel is about a 20 min walk from water taxi and the streets are very packed with golf carts and cars speeding by as you walk on the street.
