Family owned hotel in a central area. Staff super nice. This is a no fills/ amenities hotel (given the price its a good deal), you get a nice clean room and thats all.

One of the original businesses on the island still owned by a local family. Ideal location, near everything in the center of town and the beach. Owner goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great.

Family owned by very helpful caring owner... Right in the heart of town, near everything! You have pretty much everything needed for a good value of the price. (If they had access to a pool - it would've been that much better since the near by beach right outside was full of seaweed, so u can't really go in, but there's enough to do around without it too.)

Great location: water taxi dropped us off a couple steps away from the hotel, and there is so much to explore by foot in the area! Chefy was a lovely host, and cleaning service was excellent. Perfect room to stay in for our trip! :)

This owner needs to teach other people how to service customers. He was EXCELLENT as soon as i booked he texted me introducing himself and how to gain access to the property. Check in was very simple. Location is PERFECT for walking around to explore. I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints other than I shouldve stayed here the entire time I was in San Pedro.

Manager is super reaponsive. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Steps from the beach and walking distance to tons of reataurants. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

This stay was a lifesaver. There was a tropical storm which canceled flights off the island completely. Making this last minute booking with a majority of the island completely closed down gave me a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The owner was beyond kind and accommodating. He even gave a ride to the airport in the morning which he didn’t have to do. I am so grateful for this place and highly recommend.

Stayed for just one night but great place in the heart of town. Great service, clean, all you need. Very walkable....just watch out for golf carts as there are WAY too many on the island.
