"Das Hotel wird offiziell mit 3 Sternen ausgewiesen. Das ist definitiv viel zu wenig. Als Vielreisende können wir das sehr gut vergleichen und beurteilen. Das Hotel liegt an der Jaufen-Passstraße auf halber Höhe, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem sauberen, einladenden sehr gutem Wohlfühl-Zustand. "Amazing oasis in the historic center of city. The mature tree canopy and hedge offers a resort feel but you are just a few blocks from the train station, cable car, upscale shopping, and incredible historical sites in the pedestrian area of the city. The pool was a perfect way to relax and refresh after a day of siteseeing or hiking. There are so many little touches that exude high quality design-- from the in-room Marshall speaker to the yoga mat to the reading material near the pool and sauna/gym area. I felt like I was at a wellness resort in a very well-run city hotel."

"The staff was wonderful. We arrived early at this fine hotel, and immediately they offered to store our luggage and gave us access to the outdoor swimming pool, a welcome relief on this very hot day. When we checked in later, we found they had upgraded us from our standard room to one of their junior suites which turned out to be one of the largest and most exquisite rooms we've ever stayed in. It had a separate living room with a balcony, a huge marble bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning kept it cool and comfortable, and we wished we had more than just one night to spend in such luxury. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming; with anything you could want including custom egg dishes made to order. I can't say the same about our dinner in the hotel restaurant. The menu was limited and it was overpriced for what we had, and the place was understaffed and seemed to take forever. So bottom line, my recommendation is to stay at this great hotel but choose somewhere else, perhaps with more local Tyrolean food options for your dinner."

"We were greeted by very friendly staff and due to the heatwave we were automatically moved to a lower level big room to ensure our comfort. The ambiance of the hotel is lovely and so is its history. We received a free voucher to the town pool which was a nice surprise. My biggest reason to pick this hotel was its location, could not ask for a better location when traveling alone with one child, one feels safe. The hotel also included a big breakfast with plenty of choices. Sauna/wellness area is also pleasant and so is the gym, small but caters to all needs. Highly recommend."

"Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."

"The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. Upon arrival the room was clean and smell cleaned, this is a rarely in most places. The hotel is older but they do a great job at keeping things modern and up to date. The spa and pool area are great with indoor and out pools and jacuzzi. The daily breakfast was nice, with plenty of seating areas. There are free bike rentals, as well as fee bikes for electric bikes. Many things to do in the area, hiking, walking, biking, visting other villages close by, shoping, hang gliding, river rafting, and the list goes on. Family friend and they do accomodate guest for special needs, etc. They are very pet friendly, this was the best part."
