"The location is why we picked this hotel. We also enjoyed the fire pits at The Deck and up on the third floor patio. However when we were checking in at 4 pm, we were informed that our room was not ready, we had to wait for almost 20 min. The lady in the front desk was not even apologetic about it, and no effort was made for service recovery. It seems like they did not care. The walls were also very thin so we heard kids running around the hallway and in the rooms next to ours."

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. Easy check-in, great staff very accommodating. There are fire pits for the guests to use, although a lot of people walking by the fire pits just go and use them so there’s no verification whether or not you’re a guest at the hotel. So needless to say, didn’t never get a chance to use them as a guest. The rooms were very clean.
