"I had a good experience, beggining with Alejandra or Alex, she was super. She went above and beyond.. I had the impression that I booked a standard room with 2 double beds, however in the reservation said "double room with a double bed", it has happened before on the Expedia App I have booked correctly and what it gives me is something else; however I catch those errors on time before paying. In this case, I didn't notice, maybe because it said double. Anyway, I had spoken with Alex of the error, but she reassured me that my reservation was not 2 beds, so then I realized it was my mistake for not "double" 😂checking. Moments later she calls and offered the room I thought I had booked with 2 beds, for the following night, since they were fully booked the day I arrived I could not believe it! she felt my dissapointment and was willing to fix MY mistake. I can't say anything but praise for Alex, that went beyond my expectations, and Elena or Lena put the ribbon on the cake the next day. She handed me the room. These ladies are an asset, give them a raise! 😆. They keep the customers happy. I will definitely stay again. I'll make sure my reservation is booked correctly though before paying. 😁😁 Praise to these 2 ladies."
