The location is fantastic near so many sites and just off Sunday walking street. Many great places to eat and drink nearby Such a great value. I loved my stay and would highly recommend. I definitely plan on staying my next trip to chiang Mai. "

"The hotel was fine, what we needed for a 4 night stay, the pool was smaller than expected, we only ate breakfast once as we didn’t think that it was that great. The area was good for what we needed, plenty of places to eat, grabs easy to access for the further out places , plenty of temples around. "

"The hospitality of the staff is what made the stay extra special. Attention to details and the communication throughout my stay was wonderful. As many have mentioned, the breakfast offering was also a plus. The food tasted delicious and was very filling. This is good if you’re heading out on day trips thereafter (means less hunting for breakfast outside before your ride). The location is extremely convenient for the Sunday night market and around the old town. Would choose to stay here again."

"I had a fantastic 2-night stay at Meliá Chiang Mai. The location is perfect — the night market, massage shops, rooftop bars, and great restaurants are all within walking distance, which made exploring Chiang Mai really easy. As a solo traveler I felt very safe staying here, and it was also very convenient for tours since both of my excursions were able to pick me up directly from the hotel. The food and drinks I ordered were excellent and the service throughout my stay was great. The hotel is definitely on the pricier side, but that’s expected for a 5-star property. I did choose to get massages outside the hotel since they were about 1500 Baht cheaper nearby. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chiang Mai and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. "
