Great spot for a conference, excellent customer service and atmosphere. Views are breathtaking. Waterpark is amazing for kids. Food is the only thing that needs improvement.

The Royal Sonesta San Juan
This is the second time I stay here for my trip and never had issues but this time housekeeping didn’t come to clean my room, I had to call the front office to ask why. I did not have the DND sign up and it took hours to get the roomed cleaned I did not like that.
