I showed up at 1240am and waited til 130am for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in....the guy wasn't at the property and had another guy had to call him to come check me in....worst hotel ever.....beds were like rocks bathroom was so small and just nasty looking....do not come to this place...worst service and the food looked old...."

"The staff didn’t really seem to care that much and we’re very slow in the check-in process. The pool was also not close for maintenance. The light was out of the pool. There were also no towels that were stocked at the pool as well. We have stayed at this La Quinta several times when visiting Duran Durango and this is the first time that it’s ever been in such terrible shape."
