"If you’re looking to reconnect with nature this property is right up your alley , but I must warn you there are some things that left me feeling disappointed. Under property information it states that they provide tour assistance when in reality all they provide is a car service and nothing else you have to do your homework on what’s to do in the area.We were also promised a to go breakfast but at check out there was nothing left for us. The rooms are comfortable but there is no fridge or microwave and WiFi was very sparse during our stay. When we needed assistance we would have to hunt down the receptionist."

"No hot water in the shower. Charged us an extra 15USD for the 2nd person in the room. Food was so-so and pricey. They offered fruit for the morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. Sadly, we will likely change hotels based on our last experience. Very disappointing. I will no longer recommend this hotel."
